Consilio Sales Associates Program (CSAP)
Identity and branding for Consilio’s early-in-career training and development program; focusing specifically on law school graduates and early career professionals.
The direction and goal was to encapsulate the brand around the values seen below — Growth, Mentorship, and Community. I provided the idea that we build around a 3-dimensional isometric square, allowing us to vary individual square shapes through color and line-work, while being able to take advantage of easily modified visual structures. We were able to explore and utilize the unique pattern to intertwine the CSAP’s identity into something colorful, lively, and focused on the educational aspect of the brand.
