Sightline Central Refresh
Sightline product stakeholders within the company approached the design team with the request to help modernize the look of it’s support portal — Sightline Central. The goal was to reflect a similar look, to recently updated Sightline product pages, found on the company’s website.
Working with the product team lead, we approached the early part of the project by completing a robust amount of research into unique User Interfaces, and technical informational layouts. Based on that research, I work independently to create several wireframes, prior to adding visual elements. After varying degrees of review and updates, our team focused in on the design presented here. The final iteration involved collaboration with the myself, a co-designer, our website lead and developer, and lead product team member. Our team received an overwhelming positive review from stakeholders and the site continues to display the updated look.
